Fulfillment Policy

for Credit Card Payments via Stripe®

Flagrant LLC DBA XO Ruby sells sponsorship and tickets to events and entertainment targeting audiences comprised of developers, designers, and life-long learners.

All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) through Stripe.

Events may be subject to changes of date and/or venue. We'll do our best to notify ticket holders in advance of these changes.

Refunds are available if requested up to 48 hours after purchase. We will aid ticket holders in reselling or gifting tickets they are no longer able to use.
